For this residential interior renovation and extension project, our focus was on developing a design centered on natural light maximization, sustainable materials and construction methods, energy consumption minimization, as well as the subversion of building codes to the profit of executing a sublime and site-specific space.

The process was led by the development of a Client Subversion Kit—which consists of an in-depth site analysis factoring in building codes, climatic and ecological data, as well as sustainable building practices research—converting site-specific data into profit as a means of incentivizing clients to invest in the design of sustainable and elevating spaces.
